Flava-ful - NO CC

I’m back with another The Sims 3 build! Do you remember Flava-ful, that little fixer-upper house in Sunset Valley? I wanted to give it a new life in The Sims 4 while keeping its original shape and charm, but with a renovated look and my own touch. It still feels lived in, cozy in its own way, and to me, it perfectly captures the feeling of Sunset Valley. I’m especially happy with how the little fenced gardens on both sides turned out!
