The second floor includes the primary bedroom with a walk-through wardrobe and a large private bathroom. There are also two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, a shared bedroom for two children with its own bathroom, and a reading area.
Outside, the terrace includes a swimming pool and a pergola with a grill, pizza oven, dining space, and lounge area. The garden is landscaped with cacti, agaves, palms, and other drought-resistant plants.
